The Erasmus+ learning agreement, certificate of stay, arrival and departure form are provided by your home university. To get them signed, you can send it by e-mail to incoming@pxl.be.
Learning agreement
The learning agreement (LA) includes all the educational components (course code + title + number of ECTS) to be carried out by the student during the exchange. A full time programme consists 60 ECTS credits for a full academic year and 30 ECTS for one semester. You can’t combine courses from different programmes. The LA should contain minimum 24 ECTS each semester (except for internship students).
For institutions connected to the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network, we will receive a signed LA from the home institution onlline through EWP. After checking if it matches with your course selection we’ll digitally sign the LA.
For all others we require a signed LA for your application. You can use our LA template created in Mobility Online or a template from your home university.
If, after arrival, you want to make changes to your courses, you'll have to change your learning agreement within 5 weeks after the start of each semester.
- Go to your workflow in Mobility Online > Would you like to make changes? > YES
- Add or delete courses
For institutions connected to the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network, we will receive the LA changes from the home institution onlline through EWP. After checking if it matches with your course selection we’ll digitally sign the LA.
For all others, the LA changes document can be printed from Mobility online. The changes should be signed by your home institution and departmental coordinator at PXL and then send to incoming@pxl.be. If you have an alternative document (signed) from your home institution showing the changes in your programme or the new LA, this can also be accepted.
Certificate of stay, arrival and departure
The earliest possible date of arrival or start date of the study abroad period is the first day the student has to be present (first introduction day). The latest possible date of departure or end date of the study abroad is the last day the student has to be present (last day of the semester).
You’ll have to make an appointment at the international office just before you leave (max 5 working days before) or after the end of the semester so we can confirm until what day you were a student at PXL and physically present in Belgium.
